• Trendy Tours operates as a registered travel and tourism service provider in Sri Lanka with international connections and global travel partners.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• rendy Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, transportation, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• By booking with us, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all travelers in your group.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be settled on or before the first day of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation without refund.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds are subject to the following terms:
• 30 days or more before arrival: 75% refund
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 14 days or less before arrival: No refund

• No-shows
• Early departures
• Unused services (hotels, meals, activities, transport, etc.)

• Itinerary changes may be requested and are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Trendy Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, traffic, safety concerns, or government regulations.
• Hotels may be replaced with similar-category or upgraded properties if selected hotels are unavailable.

• Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and required travel documents.
• Trendy Tours is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

• Guests must inform Trendy Tours of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before travel.
• Certain activities (safaris, hiking, water sports, zip lines, etc.) involve inherent risks and participation is voluntary.
• Trendy Tours is not liable for injuries, illness, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

• Transportation is provided based on group size, itinerary requirements, and availability.
• All vehicles are fully air-conditioned, well-maintained, and operated by professional licensed drivers.

• SUVs – Fully air-conditioned
• Vans – Fully air-conditioned
• Toyota HI-ACE Flat Roof
• Toyota HI-ACE High Roof
• Tourist Buses – Up to 51 seats
• Fully air-conditioned
• All passengers are insured and covered
• Helicopter Tours (Heli Tours) – Available on request for luxury, time-efficient travel
• Drivers operate under regulated working hours to ensure passenger safety.
• Air-conditioning usage may be limited in certain hill-country or mountainous areas for safety reasons.
• Late-night driving is avoided unless necessary for operational or safety reasons.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to each property’s policy.
• Any damages caused by guests at accommodations will be charged directly to the client.
• Room types and bedding are subject to hotel allocation and availability.

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• Outdoor activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions or government regulations.
• Entrance fees and activity charges may change without prior notice.

• Natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, weather-related delays
• Airline issues, lost baggage, or third-party service failures

• All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

• Trendy Tours works with international clients, foreign agents, and global travel partners.
• International collaboration does not imply responsibility for third-party decisions, changes, or cancellations.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Sri Lankan courts
